Overview

When managing team drivers, you can assign a payment percentage to each driver to split earnings.

Note: If team drivers have different payment tariffs, the percent salary is always calculated based on the main driver’s tariff, not the co-driver’s.

Step 1: Open the Main Driver’s Profile

  1. Go to Drivers from the left-side menu.

  2. Search for and open the main driver’s profile.

  3. Ensure the Team Driver option is set to Yes, and the Main box is checked.

Step 2: Set Up the Percent Salary

  1. In the Assignments section, locate the Percent Salary field.

  2. Enter the desired percentage for the main driver (for example, 55%).

  3. The system will automatically assign the remaining percentage (e.g., 45%) to the co-driver.

  4. Click Save to apply your changes.

Step 3: How It Appears in the Load > Trip Section

Once the percent salary is set, the system will use the main driver’s payment tariff to calculate each driver’s portion of the linehaul for the trip.

As shown in the example below:

The total load pay is divided according to each driver’s percent salary and the main driver’s tariff rate.

Step 4: Important Notes

  • The percent salary for the co-driver is automatically calculated once the main driver’s percentage is set or vice versa.

  • Manual adjustments can still be made if necessary, but the system default follows the main driver’s tariff.

  • This setup ensures accurate salary allocation and prevents calculation discrepancies between team drivers.
