Adding a driver’s bank details in Datatruck ensures that payment information is stored correctly and securely. You can easily add or update this information from the driver’s profile under the HR Management section.
Steps to Add Bank Details
Go to HR Management > Drivers from the left-side menu.
Select the driver whose bank details you want to add.
Click first or last name to open the driver’s profile.
Navigate to the Others tab at the top.
Scroll down to the Pay To section.
Enter Bank Information
In the Pay To section, fill in the relevant fields to you:
Pay To: Select or enter the payee’s name (vendor).
Routing Number: Enter the bank’s routing number.
Bank Name: Specify the name of the bank.
Account Number: Enter the driver’s bank account number.
EIN Number: Add the Employer Identification Number if applicable.
After entering all the required details, click Save on the top-right corner of the screen to update the driver’s profile.
