In Datatruck, you can add custom warnings to a driver’s profile. These warnings help notify you during load assignment if there’s an important note or restriction linked to the driver.

Steps to Add a Driver Custom Warning

1. Open the Driver’s Profile

  • Go to HR Management > Drivers.

  • Select the driver you want to update.

2. Go to the “Others” Tab

  • Inside the driver’s profile, click on the Others tab.

  • Scroll down to the Warnings section.

3. Add a Warning

  • Click on Add Warning.

  • Enter the Warning Title.

4. Choose the Warning Type

  • Select one of the following:

    • Custom Warning: Add a specific type of custom warning.

    • On Hold: Prevents assigning the load.

5. If “Custom Warning” is Selected

  • Choose the type of custom warning from the drop-down list.

6. Save Changes

  • Once done, click Add Warning to update the driver’s record.

Where Will the Warning Appear

When you assign a load to the driver, the warning will automatically be displayed, helping dispatchers and managers stay aware of important conditions before assigning loads.

How Do Warnings Work

  • On Hold: Prevents assigning any load to the driver.

  • Custom Warning: Displays a warning message during load assignment but still allows you to assign the load.
