Get notified about what matters most to your role. Whether you're a dispatcher, fleet manager, or simply someone who needs timely updates, you can customize notifications to keep track of important activities be it load or driver updates.
Here’s how to set it up in just a few quick steps.
Step 1: Click on Your Profile
Navigate to the top-right corner of your screen and click on your profile icon.
Step 2: Select “Notifications Setup”
From the dropdown menu, click on “Notifications Setup” to open the notification settings page.
Step 3: Select Your Preferred Delivery Method
For each type of notification, choose how you’d like to receive it:

Web (in-app alerts)

Email
-
Telegram
-
Push Notification
You can select one or multiple channels per notification.
Step 4: Choose the Notifications You Want
You’ll see a list of notification categories relevant to different workflows such as:

HR Management

Fleet Management
-
Safety
- Load Management
Enable only the notifications that are relevant to your role.
Step 5: Click “Save”
Once your preferences are set, click “Save” to apply the changes.
