Driver statements are important for providing transparent and accurate information regarding trips, payments, and settlements. However, not all elements need to be displayed for every driver or report. To manage this effectively, customizing the driver's statement ensures clarity and relevance. Here's how to do it.

Step 1: Access Settings and Navigate to Driver Statements

  • Please head into the Settings menu of your system.

  • Locate and click on Report Customization.

  • Within this section, there's going to be Driver Statements.

Step 2: Choose the Preferred Statement Type

Under the Default Configurations section, you will see a dropdown menu with various statement types. These types determine the structure and data shown on the driver’s statement.

  • Select Type 11, which is the most commonly recommended format.

  • Type 11 includes a comprehensive set of settlement elements, making it suitable for most operational needs.

Step 3: Select or Deselect Settlement Elements

Once you've selected Type 11, scroll down to view a list of Settlement Elements. Over here you get to tailor the information drivers see.

  • Check the boxes next to the elements you want to include on the driver’s statement.

  • Uncheck any elements you wish to hide from the statement.

Once you’ve made your selections, click Save to apply the changes.

Step 4: Preview the Customized Statement

After saving your changes:

  • Return to the driver’s statement section.

  • Click on Web-View to preview the statement as it will appear to the driver.

You’ll be able to see the exact modifications you've made. The statement will now only show the items you selected in the previous step reducing the unnecessary information.
