Toll Guru is a third-party map service available in Datatruck's App Marketplace. When enabled, it helps dispatchers select the optimal trucking route based on toll costs and fuel expenses when creating a load.

Step 1 — Subscribe to Toll Guru

1. Go to Apps & Marketplace

2. Find Toll Guru and click Subscribe

Step 2 — Enable It in Default Configurations

1. Go to Settings → TMS Customizations → Default Configurations

2. Set the Map Service to Toll Guru

3. Turn on Mile Confirmation

4. Click Save

How It Works on a Load

Once enabled, when a load is created Datatruck will display a route selection window powered by Toll Guru. The optimal route is automatically suggested based on a combination of toll costs and fuel expenses. Dispatchers can review and confirm the route before dispatching.
