Datatruck provides a number of automations options for different expirations. To see those options, please go to settings and "Automations section".

There are 8 event types where our automation tool checks on expiration:

1. Truck task

2. Truck annual inspection

3. Truck registration

4. Truck document

5. Driver license

6. Driver tasks

7. Driver insurance

8. Driver document

For each task, you can turn on or off the notification status:

You can also set days before expiration so that our automation notifies:

For each notification event, receivers can be set:

To change those notifications, please select edit button at the right side of the event type and choose appropriate setup:

You can choose as many receivers of the notification as possible and press save:
