Option 1: For All Drivers

Step 1: Access Default Configurations

• Kindly navigate to the Settings section from the left-hand navigation bar.

• Select Default Configurations from the menu.
   

Step 2: Adjust Load Pay Driver Visibility

• Select Mobile section and find the Load Pay Driver Visibility option.

• Now, click the button next to this option to hide/show the Load Pay Visibility from your driver.
  
   

Step 3: Save Your Changes

Once you have made the desired adjustments, please click Save in the top-right corner of the screen to ensure your changes are recorded.

Option 2: Driver's Profile

The other way is through the driver’s profile. To Hide/Show Load Pay for a particular driver, open their profile and navigate to the Others tab. Then check or uncheck the “Load Pay visible to driver” option and click Save.




Congratulations! Your Load Pay information is now successfully hidden/shown from/to the driver.
