Thunder Funding is a self-serve factoring integration running through FactorGenie. It requires a two-way webhook to be registered with FactorGenie after setup.

Where: Settings → Integrations → Factoring

Before You Start

Contact your Thunder Funding / FactorGenie representative to request your credentials:

To: your Thunder Funding representative
Subject: API Credentials Request [Company Name]

Hi,

We are integrating Thunder Funding with our Datatruck TMS via FactorGenie. Could you please provide our Username and API Key to complete the setup?

Our MC number is [MC Number].

Thank you,
[Your Name]
[Company Name]
[Phone Number]

Setup Steps

1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Factoring
   
   
    

2. Click Create > find the Thunder Funding option from the dropdown

3. Select your MC Number

4. Enter your Username and API Key

5. Optionally add a Billing Address and Remit Notice
   
   
    

6. Click Save 
   
   

Register the Webhook with FactorGenie

1. Reopen the saved integration and expand the Thunder Funding 2-Way Webhook panel

2. Copy the URL and the Secret

3. Send both to FactorGenie to register the webhook

Note: If you need to replace the secret, click Generate New, then Save, and send the new secret to FactorGenie. It does not take effect until after saving.
