Haul Pay is a self-serve factoring integration using an API token only and no username or password is required.

Where: Settings > Integrations > Factoring

Before You Start

Contact your Haul Pay representative to request your API token:

To: your Haul Pay representative
Subject: API Token Request [Company Name]

Hi,

We are integrating Haul Pay with our Datatruck TMS. Could you please provide our API token to complete the setup?

Our MC number is [MC Number].

Thank you,

[Company Name]
[Phone Number]

Setup Steps

1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Factoring
   
   
    

2. Find the Haul Pay option from the dropdown

3. Select your MC Number

4. Paste your API Token into the Token field (on the older layout, paste it into Access Key)

5. Optionally add a Billing Address and Remit Notice
   
   
    

6. Click Test Connection, then click Save
