What Is It?

Phoenix Capital is a self-serve factoring integration with two-way webhook support, identical in setup to Cashway Funding.

Where: Settings > Integrations > Factoring

Before You Start

Contact your representative to request your API token. Use the email template below:

To: your Phoenix Capital representative
Subject: API Integration Credentials Request — [Company Name]

Hi,

We are setting up an integration between our Datatruck TMS and Phoenix Capital. Could you please provide the following:

• Username
• API Key

Our MC number is [MC Number].

Once the integration is set up, we will also need to share a webhook URL and Secret with you so Phoenix Capital can send payment status updates back to Datatruck. We will follow up with those details after setup.

Setup Steps

1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Factoring and click Create
   
   
    

2. Select Phoenix Capital from the Factoring Company dropdown
3. Fill in:
   • MC Number
   • Username: provided by Phoenix Capital
   • Access Key: paste your API Key here. Password is not needed.
4. Click Save
   
   
    
5. Reopen the saved record and expand Phoenix Capital 2-Way Webhook
6. Copy the URL and Secret and send both to Phoenix Capital to register the webhook

Important Notes

• There is no Test Connection button for Phoenix Capital.
• If you regenerate the Secret, re-register the new one with Phoenix Capital after saving.
