Denim is a self-serve factoring integration using an API key. Once connected, invoices are submitted to Denim for funding. Denim reports back funded or rejected status for each invoice.

Before You Start

Contact your Denim representative to request your API key:

To: your Denim representative
Subject: API Key Request  [Company Name]

Hi,

We are integrating Denim with our Datatruck TMS. Could you please provide our API key to complete the setup?

Our MC number is [MC Number].

Thank you,
[Your Name]
[Company Name]
[Phone Number]

Setup Steps

1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Factoring
   
   
    
2. Click Create > find Denim from the list
3. Select your MC Number
4. Paste your API Key into the Access Key field and leave Username and Password empty
   
   
    
5. Click Test Connection, then click Save
   
   

Important Notes

• Every broker factored through Denim must have Term Days set on their customer record in Datatruck. If Term Days are missing, that invoice will not submit
• Denim reports back Funded or Rejected status for each invoice
• If an invoice is rejected, it must be resolved in the Denim dashboard before it can be resent from Datatruck
