How to Automatically Attach Documents and Commercial Invoices in Factoring

To help you save time and streamline your factoring process, Datatruck allows you to automatically attach key documents, such as Commercial Invoices, Rate Confirmations, Proof of Confirmation, and others, each time you send loads to your factoring company.

Follow these steps to enable the automation:

Step 1: Go to Default Configurations

  • Navigate to Settings > Default Configurations.


     

  • Click on the Accounting tab.

Step 2: Enable Auto-Attach Options

In the Accounting section, you’ll find several toggle options under Factoring.
Enable the following (based on what you want to include automatically):

  • Enable “Commercial invoice” to be sent by default in Factoring

  • Enable “Documents” to be sent by default in Factoring

  • Enable “Proof of confirmation” to be sent by default in Factoring

  • Enable “Rate confirmation” to be sent by default in Factoring

  • Enable “Bill of Lading” to be sent by default in Factoring

Step 3: Save Changes

Once you’ve selected the desired options, click Save Changes at the top-right corner.

From now on, every time you send loads to your factoring company, Datatruck will automatically include the selected documents and commercial invoices, saving you from manually attaching them every time.
