JD Factors integration allows you to send invoices directly from Datatruck to your factoring company through a secure FTP connection. Follow the steps below to complete the setup.

Step 1: Request FTP Credentials from JD Factors

• Send an email to JD Factors support requesting your FTP credentials.

• You’ll receive details including username, password, and access key.

  Subject: Request for FTP Integration Access
  Body: 
  Good afternoon,
  
  We are setting up a new TMS system, Datatruck. Please provide the FTP credentials to enable integration, especially:

• Host
• Username
• Password
• Remit Notice
• Our MC number is [insert MC number here].
  Please let us know if any additional information is required. 
  
  [Your Company Name]
  [Your Contact Information]
   

Step 2: Access Integrations in Datatruck

1. Go to Settings in your Datatruck account.

2. Select Integrations > Factoring.

3. Click Create.

Step 3: Configure JD Factors Integration

1. From the Factoring Company dropdown, choose JD Factors.

2. Enter the credentials provided by JD Factors:

   • Username

   • Password

   • Access Key

3. Fill in the additional fields:

   • MC Number

   • Billing Address

   • Remit Notice (optional, if provided by JD Factors).

Once all required fields are completed, click Save.
