If you notice that a specific payment tariff keeps auto-populating every time you create a new driver, even when you don’t assign it manually, it’s likely because that tariff has been set as the default payment tariff in your system settings. This guide will show you how to stop that payment tariff from automatically applying to new drivers.

Follow these steps to remove the default setting:

1. Go to Settings

  • From the main menu, navigate to Settings.

2. Search for Tariffs and Payments

  • Click on “Tariffs and Payments”

3. Open the Affected Payment Tariff

  • Find the specific tariff that keeps auto-assigning.

  • Double-click to open it.

4. Remove Default Option

  • Inside the tariff settings, uncheck the “Default” option.

  • Click Save to confirm your changes.

5. Remove the Tariff from the Driver Profile

  • Go to the driver’s profile.

  • Navigate to the Accounting tab.

  • Locate the assigned payment tariff and remove it.

  • Save the profile to update the changes.
