Tags in Datatruck help you organize and categorize key elements such as vendors, trucks, drivers, and more. While creating tags improves sorting and filtering, it's also important to keep them updated and relevant. You can easily manage existing tags, including editing or renaming them, without having to delete or recreate from scratch.
 

Where to Access Tag Management

1. Go to Settings from the left-hand menu.

2. Click on Tag Management.

3. Select the type of tag you want to manage, such as:

   • Vendor tags

   • Truck tags

   • Driver tags

   • Trailer tags, etc.

How to Edit an Existing Tag

1. Once you're in the Tag Management section and have selected the tag type, you'll see a list of existing tags.

2. Double-click to open an existing tag name.

3. Rewrite the tag name as needed.

4. Click Save to apply the changes.

The tag will now be updated across the system and anything previously labeled with the old tag will reflect the new tag  name.
