The Safety Board gives a real-time, table-style overview of compliance status across your fleet. It's organized into four tabs: Driver, Truck, Trailer, and Company, each tracking the documents and certifications relevant to that category.
Where: Safety > Compliance > Safety Board
Driver Tab
Tracks document status for each driver, including CDL expiration, Medical Card expiration, and any other configured document types (e.g., applications, custom forms).
Each document column shows one of the following states:
A valid date: the document is current
EXPIRED (highlighted in red): the document has passed its expiration date
URGENT: the document is expiring very soon
Not Uploaded: no document has been added for this category
Click See Details on any driver row to open their full profile and update records directly.
Truck Tab
Tracks truck-specific documentation such as Certificate of Title, Weight Distance Permit, and Temporary Enrollment Papers, using the same status indicators as the Driver tab (valid date, EXPIRED, URGENT, Not Uploaded).
Click See Details to manage a specific truck's documents.
Trailer Tab
Tracks trailer compliance records including insurance, registration, and inspection dates, using the same expiration indicators.
Click See Details to manage a specific trailer's documents.
Company Tab
Tracks company-level compliance documents that apply across your entire fleet rather than to a specific driver or asset.
