How To Resend Log In Credentials

There may be times when a driver, employee, or dispatcher is unable to access the system due to missing or incorrect login credentials. Whether you forgot to send the initial invitation or need to reset the login details, Datatruck allows you to quickly resolve access issues.

Follow the steps below to resend or update login credentials:


For Users (Employees or Dispatchers)

  1. Open the User Profile
    • Navigate to the Users section and open the specific employee or dispatcher’s profile.
  2. Go to Login Details
    • Head to the System Login section.
  3. Resend Login Email
    • If credentials were already set up, click “Resend on Email” to send the login link again.
  4. Reset Credentials if Needed
    • If the user is still unable to log in, update the Username and/or Password fields.
    • After editing, click “Resend on Email” again to send the updated login credentials.

For Drivers (Mobile App Login)

  1. Open the Driver’s Profile
    • Go to the Drivers section and open the relevant profile.
  2. Send or Resend Mobile App Invitation
    • Head to the Mobile App Login section.
    • Click “Send Invitation”.
  3. Enter Login Credentials
    • Fill in the Username, Email and Password fields.
    • Click “Send to Email” to send the invitation and credentials to the driver’s email address.
