Integrating your Datatruck account with Assist Financial Services (AFS) allows you to streamline factoring tasks and ensure faster payment processing. Follow the steps below to successfully connect your AFS account in the system.

Step-by-Step Guide to Set Up AFS Integration

From Settings> Integrations>Factoring>Create 

1. Select AFS as Your Factoring Company

   • Go to the Factoring Company field in your integration settings.

   • From the drop-down list, select AFS.
      

2. Username & Password

   • In both the Username and Password fields, enter your MC number.
      

3. Input the Access Key

   • Use the following access key to authorize the connection:

4. Enter Your Company’s MC

   • In the MC field, provide your company’s official MC number.
      

5. Provide the Remit Notice Details

   • Fill in the remit notice with AFS’s contact and mailing details as follows:

6. Save the Integration

   • Once all required information is filled out, scroll to the bottom right corner of the screen and click Save to complete the integration process.
