The Invoice Reports section in Datatruck helps you review and analyze your company’s invoicing activities. It includes two types of reports: one for individual invoices and another that aggregates invoice data by customer.
1. Invoice Database
You can access the complete list of all invoices created by navigating to:
Accounting > Invoices tab
This section displays detailed information for each invoice, including:
-
Customer Information
-
Invoice ID
-
Company Name
-
Ending Balance
You can use the available filters to narrow down specific invoices or sort columns for easier review. Additionally, the data can be exported for reporting and record-keeping purposes.
2. Aggregated by Customer Report

Accounting > Invoice Reports tab
This report provides a high-level overview showing the total values associated with each customer, including:
-
