Locations are shipper and receiver addresses — pickup and delivery points used on loads. Saving them lets Datatruck autofill addresses when creating loads and track your most-used lanes over time.
Locations are created automatically when TruckGPT processes a load, but you can also add them manually.
Steps
- Go to Customer Management > Locations
- Click Create in the top right corner
- Fill in the location details:
- Company Name — required
- Address, City, State, Zip Code — required
- Contact Name — optional
- Click Save
The location will now appear in your locations list and be available to select when creating loads.
