When a driver leaves the company or their contract is terminated, their profile should be set to Terminated. This removes them from active lists while preserving their historical data.
There are two ways to do this: via the driver's profile, or via bulk actions.
Where: HR Management > Drivers
Note: We don't have an option to delete the the driver.
Method 1: Via Driver Profile
Go to HR Management > Drivers and find the driver
Open the driver's profile (Main tab)
Click the Employment Status dropdown
Select Terminated from the options (Active, Terminated, Applicant, Lead)
Add a note explaining the reason for termination
Click Save
The driver will move from the Active list to the Terminated Drivers tab and will no longer be available for dispatch.
Method 2: Via Bulk Actions
Go to HR Management > Drivers
Select the checkboxes next to the driver(s) you want to deactivate
Click Bulk Actions
Choose Set Status to Terminated
Confirm the action
This is useful for deactivating multiple drivers at once.
