A driver and a truck can be linked together so the assignment is visible across the platform. A truck can only be assigned to one driver at a time. There are two ways to make this assignment, depending on where you're working from.

Method 1: From the Truck's Profile

1. Go to Fleet Management > Trucks and open the relevant truck
2. Find the Operator field
3. Select the driver from the dropdown
4. Click Save

If the truck is already assigned to another driver, you'll need to remove that assignment first. 

Method 2: From the Driver's Profile

1. Go to HR Management > Drivers and open the relevant driver
2. Find the Assigned Truck field
3. Search for and select the truck by Unit Number
4. Click Save
