To create a factoring integrations, we need to connect with your factoring company and ask for integrations guidelines. If the integration factoring company is within our scope, there is no need to receive integrations guidelines.

Please ask your team to write an email to Connect@tbcap.com email with Subject line as "<Company name> & Datatruck Integration"

With the email containing:

"We are integrating with Datatruck, Our MC number is "XXXXX" and the name is "XXXXX". Responsible person from the team is copied on this email. Info@datatruck.io is copied in this email.

Could you please help with the credentials?"

After that Triumph Representative will send SFTP username and key passwords for connections and ask for test sending.

Once these two items are received, we are ready for integrations. Integration can only be done by Superadmin of the system or our Support Department.

To integrate, we go to settings and select Factoring section.

After that press the button Create to add your factoring company integrations and fill out the forms.

Once it is done, it should appear, in the integrations list below:
