The integration uses a secure SFTP connection between Datatruck and Triumph. To get it running, you first request credentials from Triumph, then a Superadmin enters those credentials into Datatruck's Factoring settings. The process has two phases: requesting access from Triumph, then configuring it in Datatruck.
Phase 1 — Request Credentials from Triumph
Step 1 — Send an email to Triumph
Email Triumph at Connect@tbcap.com with the following:
[Your Company Name] & Datatruck Integration
We are integrating with Datatruck. Our MC number is [MC Number] and the company name is [Company Name]. The responsible person from our team is copied on this email. info@datatruck.io is also copied. Could you please help with the credentials?
Make sure to CC both your internal contact and info@datatruck.io on this email.
Step 2 — Receive SFTP credentials from Triumph
Triumph will respond with an SFTP username and key/password. They may also ask you to do a test send before going live. Once you have the credentials, you are ready to configure the integration in Datatruck.
Phase 2 — Configure the Integration in Datatruck
Step 1 — Go to Factoring Settings
From the left menu, go to Settings > Factoring.
Step 2 — Click Create
Click the Create button to add a new factoring integration. A form will open for you to fill in.
Step 3 — Fill In the Integration Details
Enter the SFTP credentials provided by Triumph along with your company information as prompted in the form.
Step 4 — Add the Remit Notice
In the Remit Notice field, copy and paste the following text exactly:
THIS INVOICE HAS BEEN ASSIGNED TO, AND MUST BE PAID DIRECTLY TO: TRIUMPH FINANCIAL SERVICES, LLC d/b/a TRIUMPH BUSINESS CAPITAL LLC P.O. Box 610028 Dallas, TX 75261-0028
This remit notice will automatically appear on all invoices sent through Triumph.
Step 5 — Save
Click Save. The Triumph integration will now appear in your Factoring integrations list and is ready to use.
