How To Remove Driver:

In Datatruck, drivers cannot be deleted from the system because doing so would also remove all related data such as trips, driver statements, and more. Instead, you can set a driver as Inactive by marking their employment status as Terminated.

Steps:

1. Go to HR Management > Drivers.
   
   
   
   

2. Select the driver by clicking on their first or last name.

3. In the driver’s profile, change the Employment Status to Terminated.

4. Enter the reason for termination.
   
   
   
   

5. Click Save to apply your changes.
