To create a factoring integration with OTR, we need you to connect with your factoring company and request them FTP credentials.

Step 1: Obtain Your Credentials

Contact your OTR representative via email to request your FTP credentials.
These credentials typically include: Host, Username, and Password.

Step 2: Log In to Datatruck

Go to https://app.datatruck.io and log in to your Datatruck account.
From the left-hand navigation bar, select the Settings tab.

Step 3: Access the Integrations Section

Under the Apps section, click on Integrations.

In the Factoring section, click Create (top right corner) and enter the details provided by your OTR representative.

Step 4: Enable Factoring

After entering all relevant details, click Save in the bottom right corner to activate the factoring integration with OTR.

Your integration with OTR is now complete.
