Step 1: Creating a Custom Remit Notice

Navigate to Settings and please click on Integrations.

Under the Factoring tab, kindly select your desired MC number in your existing factoring integration by double-clicking it. If there isn't any, please create an integration.

Choose your preferred Factoring Company, enter a relevant Remit Notice, and please click Save.

Kindly navigate to the Customer Management tab and select Customers.

Click on the Company Name to open the details, please change the Billing Type to Factoring Company, and click Save. However, in most cases, the billing type would already be set to "factoring company" by default.

To update multiple customers at once:

Checkmark the desired customers.

Click on Bulk Action, select Billing Type, change it to Factoring Company, and please click Save.

Finally, please open the relevant Load, click Update Invoice, and the "Remit To" information will be updated on your invoice.
Step 2: If Your MC Is Not Associated With a Factoring Company:

Navigate to Settings and please go to Integrations.

Under the Factoring tab, please click Create (upper-right corner).

Select "Other" under Factoring Company, then kindly choose your desired MC number and click Save.

Kindly navigate to the Customer Management tab and select Customers.

Click on the Company Name to open the details, please change the Billing Type to Email, and click Save.

Finally, please open the relevant Load, click Update Invoice, and the "Remit To" information will be updated on your invoice.
By following these steps, you can successfully modify the "Remit To" details on your invoices to reflect your preferred factoring company.
