Step 1: Obtain Your Credentials:

• Kindly contact your Capital Depo representative via email to request your FTP credentials.

• These credentials will include details such as Host, Username, and Password.

Step 2: Log In to the DataTruck App:

• Please access the DataTruck desktop application at https://app.datatruck.io.

• Now, kindly navigate to the Settings tab in the left-hand navigation bar.

Step 3: Access the Integrations Section

• Under the Apps section, please select Integrations.

• In the Factoring section, kindly click on Create from the top-right corner and then input the required details provided by your Capital Depo representative.

• Under the factoring company, please make sure to choose Other.

• Once all relevant details have been entered, please click Save on the bottom right to activate factoring integration with Capital Depo.
