Keeping your toll transactions up to date is essential for accurate billing and reporting. While the system typically auto-syncs transactions from your toll provider, there may be times when you need to sync them manually. This guide walks you through the steps.
Manual Syncing of Toll Transactions
If your toll transactions are not appearing automatically, you can manually sync them by following the steps below:
Step 1: Navigate to the Tolls Integration
Go to Integrations in the left-side menu.
Select Tolls.
Click on Transactions.
Step 2: Start the Sync Process
Click the Sync button at the top right.
Choose the MC Number associated with the toll transactions.
Select the Company.
Set the Date Range for which you want to pull transactions.
Step 3: Submit the Sync Request
Once all fields are selected, click Submit to begin the manual sync.
The system will retrieve the toll transactions within the date range you specified.
When to Use Manual Sync
Manual syncing is helpful when:
Transactions are not auto-syncing from your toll provider
You want to sync transactions for a specific date range
You need to validate that all toll data has been captured correctly
