In Datatruck, there is no option to permanently delete a toll tag from the system. Instead, you can make a toll tag inactive to effectively remove it from active use.

Steps to Make a Toll Tag Inactive:

Open the Toll Tag
Navigate to Integrations > Toll > Toll Tags in Datatruck.
 

Select the Toll Tag
Find the toll tag you want to make inactive and double-click on it to open the update screen.
 

Make the Tag Inactive
In the tag details window, locate the checkbox labeled Is Active.
Uncheck this box to mark the toll tag as inactive.


 

Save the Changes
Click Save Tag to update the toll tag status.

What Happens When a Toll Tag Is Made Inactive?

• Historical transactions with the tag remain intact in the system for records and reporting.

• You can reactivate the tag anytime by reversing the process and checking the Is Active box again.

By making toll tags inactive rather than deleting them, Datatruck ensures accurate record-keeping and prevents data loss.
