To save time and avoid manually adding toll tags one by one, Datatruck allows you to bulk upload toll tags. This is especially useful when setting up a large number of tags for integration with toll service providers.

Follow the steps below to upload your toll tags in bulk:

Steps to Bulk Upload Toll Tags

1. Go to the Bulk Upload Section

• From the left-hand menu, navigate to:
  Integrations > Toll > Toll Tags > Tag Bulk Upload
   

2. Select Your MC Number and Toll Company

• Choose the MC number for the company you're setting up.
• Select the Toll company from the dropdown list (e.g., Bestpass, PrePass, etc.).

3. Prepare  & Upload Your File

• Create a CSV file (recommended)  that contains your toll tags.
• The file should include a column (e.g., Tag Number) listing all the toll tag IDs you wish to upload.
  
  
   
• Click to upload your CSV file or drag and drop it into the upload area.
   

4. Submit 

• Click on Next, the system will automatically read the file and match the column containing the toll tags."
• Click Submit to complete the import.
  
  
  

Do’s and Don’ts

• Ensure the columns in your file exactly match the required information.
• Make sure the data starts from cell A1 (no blank rows or columns above).
• Use the recommended CSV format provided for accurate upload and mapping.
