To provide your software vendor with the ability to retrieve from and send data to Bestpass, follow these steps:

  • Visit go.bestpass.com and log in. This person must have an Admin Account to be able to create new users on the account.

Create a new user.

  • Apply the email address given to you by your TMS (bestpassapi@datatruck.io).

  • Ensure that the Type of user is set as Technical.

  • Here is technical part:

  •  Bestpass will ask for Name and Surname in the Personal Information so please write:
  • First Name: Data
  • Last Name: Truck

You will get the Account number from your Bestpass Account.

Your TMS or FMS can then retrieve the various transactions processed by Bestpass and display them.

A special group exists to support the API, answer your questions and receive your enhancement requests. Just send an email to APIsupport@bestpass.com

 

You can now copy your Account ID in Bestpass and copy and integrate with datatruck. Go to settings>> Integrations>> Toll and choose Bestpass, MC number and add your account number to the token field. The data will appear after one day>
