Datatruck now offers a new layout option for Bill Batch PDFs Type 4. This format removes the Rate Per Mile (RPM) field, making the statement cleaner and easier to read when RPM is not required.

When to Use Type 4

Use this layout if you:

• Don’t need to show the Rate Per Mile on broker or vendor bills.

• Prefer a simplified, cleaner bill format.

• Want to avoid confusion when RPM isn’t relevant to your billing process.

How to Select Bill Batch PDF Type 4

1. Go to Settings.

2. Navigate to Reports Customization.
   
   
    

3. Select the Bills Statements tab.

4. Under Statement Types, choose Type 4 from the dropdown.

5. Click Save (top-right corner).
