If you're already integrated with QuickBooks, sending salary batches from Datatruck to QuickBooks Payroll is simple and takes just a few steps. 
 

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Go to the Salary:
   From the left-hand menu, navigate to Salary.

2. Open the Relevant Batch:
   Find and open the batch that includes the settlements you want to send.

3. Select the Statements:
   Checkmark the driver statements you’d like to send to QuickBooks.

4. Send to Accounting:

   • Click on the arrow next to the “Send” button.

   • From the drop-down menu, choose “Send to Accounting.”
     
     

   • Then select QuickBooks and click Send.
     
     

5. Confirmation Message:
   After the process completes, you’ll see a success message:
   “Settlements are sent to QuickBooks.”
   
   
   

6. Verify Sync Status:

   • In the salary list view, check the "Sync Status" column.

   • A checkmark will appear for successfully synced statements.
