In addition to adding notes to a driver's statement, you can also leave comments for internal use. These comments are useful for documenting important details or explaining specific situations to your team. Unlike notes, which are usually short, one-line remarks, comments can be more descriptive and will not appear on the driver's settlement, they are for internal visibility only.
Steps to Add a Comment:
Open a Salary Settlement:
Navigate to the driver’s Salary Settlement that you want to review.Click on “View” in Front of Attachments & Notes:
This section allows you to manage both notes and internal comments.
Add a Comment:
Under the “Add Comments” field, type your message. You can include any context, clarifications, or reminders relevant to this settlement.Save the Comment:
Once done, click “Save.” Your comment will now be visible only to your internal team.
Also, you can add multiple comments or edit the existing ones.
This is a great way to keep track of discussions or decisions related to a settlement, especially when multiple team members are involved.
