Integrating PrePass with Datatruck allows you to streamline toll reporting and access real time toll data directly within the platform. This integration can be handled through SFTP Credentials provided by PrePass.
Follow the steps below to complete the integration process:
Step 1: Contact PrePass for Credentials
To begin the process, you’ll need to contact Prepass and request SFTP credentials.
Please write an email to Prepassupdates@prepass.com to receive the credentials.

Subject: Request for SFTP Integration Access
Body: Good afternoon,
We are setting up a new TMS system, Datatruck. Please provide the SFTP credentials to enable integration.
Our MC number is [insert MC number here].
Please let us know if any additional information is required.

PrePass will provide a form for you to fill out as part of the integration request process.
Fill out the information accordingly:
Authorized Third-Party Name: Datatruck, Inc
Authorized Third-Party Business Name: Datatruck TMS
Authorized Third-Party Email Address: info@datatruck.io
Requested Frequency: Daily
Step 2: Receive SFTP Credentials from Prepass
Once the form is submitted and approved, PrePass will send you the necessary SFTP credentials, which typically include:
Username
Password
Token (if applicable)
Step 3: Configure Integration in Datatruck
After receiving the credentials, follow these steps in the Datatruck platform:
Go to Settings.
Navigate to Integrations.
Select Tolls.
Click Create New Toll Integration.
Choose Prepass as the provider.
Enter the credentials provided by Prepass.
Before hitting Save do checkmark Active to complete the integration setup.
For example:
Make sure that all fields are entered exactly as provided by Prepass.
Once hit Save, a success message would appear and your Prepass Integration would be completed.
