How to Run the Report

  1. Go to Dashboard → Profit Reports
  2. Click the Profit by Unit tab

  3. Set the Period — enter a date range

What the Report Shows

  • Total Trips Count — number of trips completed in the period
  • Total Miles — loaded miles driven
  • Empty Miles — miles driven without a load
  • Revenue — total amount invoiced for loads on this unit
  • Revenue per Mile — revenue divided by total miles
  • Total Cost — all expenses applied to this unit (fuel, tolls, driver pay, etc.)
  • Gross Income — Revenue minus Total Cost
  • Gross Margin % — Gross Income as a percentage of Revenue; shown as a bar for quick visual comparison

The Total row at the bottom summarizes all units for the period.
