New Features/Enhancements:

1. New Load Creation Flow with TruckGPT (In beta version, it will be available for public soon)
The load creation process has been redesigned to be faster and more efficient. With TruckGPT, users can now automatically extract load details directly from a Rate Confirmation (RC), reducing manual effort and improving accuracy.

AI Prompt for Load Creation
A new AI Prompt feature allows users to copy and paste load details into a text box. The system intelligently extracts the information and auto-fills the load form, eliminating the need for manual data entry.

2. Multicurrency 
Multi-currency support has been introduced for loads. This will be enabled from the backend. We accept CANADIAN DOLLAR and MEXICAN PESO Currencies now.


 

This will be  automatically reflected based on the customer’s profile in the loads.

 

3. Commodity and Weight Enhancements in Load Management
Users can now filter loads by commodity and weight. These fields have also been added as columns in the load management view for better visibility and easier tracking.




4. Carrier Assignment for LTL Loads
LTL loads now support carrier (vendor) assignment, similar to existing FTL functionality. Loads can be assigned to either a driver or a carrier (mutually exclusive), providing greater flexibility in load management.




5. Custom Message in Rate Confirmation
A new section has been added to the Rate Confirmation tab under report customization. Users can now include custom messages (similar to a policy section), which will appear in the shared trip Rate Confirmation PDF.



6. Integration with E-Capital:

Integration with E-Capital Factoring makes financial work easier by helping users factor invoices quickly, improve cash flow, and reduce manual administrative tasks.





7. Work Order / Fleet Issues
Work Orders and Tasks have been separated into two distinct sections. Fleet Issues now displays all related tasks for better clarity and tracking.


 

8. Multi-stop Types
Multi-stop types have been added under Trips > Stops, allowing users to select and manage different stop options within a trip.

 

 

9. Brokerage Updates
Loads can now be assigned to carriers, with updates reflected in the Trips section showing carrier gross. These changes are also visible in the Rate Confirmation (RC) document.

1. Broker Payment Reliability (OTR Solutions)

A new OTR Solutions section on the loadboard shows broker payment insights:

• Approval status (Approved / Not Approved / Unknown)
• Avg. days to pay (30-day trend)
• Invoice aging breakdown (current vs. late)
• Last factored date

If no data is available, you’ll see details on how to get started. This helps assess broker reliability before booking.


2. Send Invoices from Alias Emails

You can now send invoices using alias email addresses (e.g., billing@company.com) via Gmail or Outlook.

Enhancements:

• “From” dropdown supports aliases
• To / CC / BCC with autocomplete
• Improved inbox (unread highlight, select-all)
• Attachments up to 25 MB
• Expiration emails now include key driver and document details.

3. More Accurate Routing & IFTA

• No unintended cross-border routing — US routes stay within the US
• Automatic detection of US, Canada, or cross-border routes
• Improved mileage and RPM accuracy
