1. Dispatched Load Preview

• Improved Trip Confirmation: Enhanced dispatch load preview for better visibility and accuracy before confirmation.

• Optimized Workflow: Reduced steps for dispatchers to review and confirm loads faster.
  
  
   

2. User Permissions

• Customized User Access: Users can now view load details without access to load pay or rate confirmations (RC), improving data security and role-based access.

• Role-Based Control: Permissions can be tailored to better align with operational responsibilities.
  
   

3. Driver App Enhancements

• Commodity Items Added: Commodity item details are now available in the DT Driver App for better load transparency.

• Improved Load Clarity: Drivers can review item-level information to reduce confusion at pickup and delivery.
  
   

4. Reporting Improvements

• 1099 Report Enhancements: Added EIN/SSN selection options in custom 1099 reports for more flexible and accurate reporting.

• New Open API Fields: Additional fields have been added to the Open API to support expanded integrations and data access.

6. Configurable ID Prefixes for Loads, Invoices, and Trips

• You can now customize the ID prefixes used for Loads, Invoices, and Trips.

• Existing records remain unchanged.

• Newly created loads, invoices, and trips will use the updated prefixes.
   

7. New Bills Batch Creation Flow (By Driver Settlements)

• A new option is available for creating bill batches based on driver settlements.

• When selecting Create by Settlements, a list of available driver settlements is displayed.

• After selecting the desired settlements, a bill batch is created for vendors associated with the corresponding trucks.
  
  

8. Trip Count Display in Settlement “Add Trips” Button

• The Add Trips button in settlements now displays the total number of trips.

• The count matches the trips shown on the Add Trips page.
  
  

9. Recalculate Trips Option in Salary Settlement

• Added a Recalculate Trips feature within Salary Settlements to update trip payments based on selected payment tariffs.

• Users can choose from multiple payment tariff options (e.g., CPM rates, percentage of gross) to ensure accurate and flexible driver compensation calculations.

This improves accuracy and streamlines the payroll adjustment process.





10. Maintenance and Safety Balances Display Enhancements

• Maintenance and Safety balances are now clearly displayed in their respective sections:

  • Driver Profile

  • Vendor Profile

Additional improvements:

• Maintenance and Safety transactions no longer appear under Open Items.

• Clicking a Maintenance balance transaction navigates directly to the Maintenance Work Order.

• Clicking a Safety balance transaction navigates directly to the Safety Task.
   
  

11. New E-Check Creation Flow

We’ve implemented the Company option in the E-check flow, which excludes it from being added to an invoice. Instead, a bill is created in the Bills section.

1. Loadboard Sound Notifications

Dispatchers can now receive optional sound alerts on the Loadboard for important events.

• Sound alerts for new loads and key status changes
• Toggle sound on or off, adjust volume, or mute/unmute directly from the Loadboard
• Short, distinct sounds designed to avoid distraction
• Respects browser settings and user preferences

2. DAT Integration – Password Label Update

The password field label in the Connect to DAT dialog has been updated for clarity.

• “New Password” has been renamed to “Password”
• Reduces confusion when connecting a DAT integration

3. Loadboard Column Sorting

Sorting is now available for key columns on the Loadboard.

• Sort by Age, Rate (Total), Trip, Length, and Weight
• Ascending and descending sorting options
• Empty values are always shown at the bottom
• Sorting remains active while scrolling and during live updates
