1. UX Improvement: Email Updates Layout

We’ve redesigned the Email Updates section at the load level to make it simpler and more efficient.

Before:

  • Email Settings and Email Templates appeared one below the other.

  • Both sections were collapsed by default, requiring extra clicks to view and configure.

Now:

  • Email Settings and Email Templates appear side by side in a single view.

  • Both sections are expanded by default, so you can configure everything without extra clicks.

This improvement streamlines your workflow, reduces navigation steps, and makes managing Email Updates faster and more intuitive.

2. Enhancement: Custom Email Sending for Invoices

We’ve upgraded the invoice email feature to give you more flexibility and a professional touch.

Now, instead of being sent from the default no-reply address, invoices can be sent directly from your own integrated Gmail account.

This improvement makes your emails more personal, recognizable to your customers, and less likely to end up in spam folders.

3. Enhancement: Editable Recipients in Status Update Emails

We’ve improved the Email Settings section in Status Updates to give you more control over your communications.

After selecting an email thread, the “To” field is now fully editable, allowing you to easily add or remove recipients.

This enhancement ensures updates are sent only to the appropriate contacts, helping you keep the right stakeholders informed at every stage of the load.

4. Improvement: Enhanced Thread Recipient Detection

AI Updater’s email thread handling has been upgraded for more accurate recipient management.

When a thread is selected in Email Settings, the system now retrieves all “To” and “CC” addresses from the entire thread, rather than just the first email.

This improvement ensures that every relevant contact is included, reducing the risk of missing recipients in ongoing communication chains.
