1.Load Editing via Rate Confirmation Replacement
Now, instead of manually updating load fields one by one, you can simply upload an updated Rate Confirmation and TruckGPT will automatically read the document, detect what changed, and show you a side-by-side comparison of old vs. new values. One click to apply all changes.

2. New Payroll Layout
We’ve introduced a new payroll design to make it more organized and easier to use. 



While the core functionality remains the same, the updated layout improves efficiency with clearly separated sections for drivers, dispatchers, vendors, charges, and transactions.The new layout includes clearly separated sections such as Trips, Fuel, Toll, Balances, Recurrent Balances, One-Time Charges, Scheduled Payments, and Attachments & Notes, giving you better visibility and control over all components of a settlement.
Overall, these enhancements streamline the payroll process, reduce manual effort, and improve accuracy. 


 

3. Cashway Funding Factoring
Integration with Cashway Funding Factoring streamlines financial operations by simplifying invoice factoring, improving cash flow management, and reducing administrative overhead.


 

4. Firstline Funding Integration
This integration with Firstline Funding Factoring enables efficient invoice processing and faster access to funds, helping businesses maintain steady cash flow and financial stability.



5. UZB Prime ELD Integration
The UZB Prime ELD integration allows for real-time tracking of driver logs and compliance data, ensuring adherence to regulations and improving overall fleet transparency.



6. BVD Fuel Integration
This feature enables seamless integration with BVD Fuel services, allowing users to track fuel usage, manage transactions, and improve fuel cost visibility directly within the platform.
 


7. Add Filtering by Truck, Trailer, and Driver Status in Maps Page
Users can now filter assets on the Maps page based on truck, trailer, and driver status, making it easier to monitor fleet activity and quickly locate specific resources.
 

8. Implement Fleet Aging Days Calculation (Truck and Trailer)
This enhancement introduces automated calculation of fleet aging days for both trucks and trailers, providing insights into asset lifespan and supporting better maintenance and replacement planning.



9.Redesigned Driver Mobile App
The driver mobile app has been fully redesigned to deliver a more intuitive and user-friendly experience. The updated interface improves navigation, enhances performance, and simplifies access to key features such as trip management, document uploads, and communication tools. This redesign helps drivers complete tasks more efficiently while ensuring a smoother and more reliable app experience.




10. Driver Statement Report Customization 
Added a new option “Show notes in balances” in Type 13 for Driver Statement Customization. This allows users to display/hide notes directly within the balance section of driver statements.



11. Load Details: Tasks Section Update
The Tasks section in Load Details has been updated to the new design. This update aligns with the recent redesign of the Tasks page, including the ability to link tasks directly to loads. 



Users can now view and manage linked tasks more efficiently within the Load Details view.



12. Mobile File Upload Enhancements

These enhancements provide greater flexibility and convenience when uploading files from mobile devices.



13. Safety Tasks: New Columns Added
The following columns have been added to the Safety Tasks section:

• Aging Days
• Payment Type
• Last Payment Date

These additions provide more detailed tracking and reporting for safety tasks.



14. UI Update: Available Columns Popup
We've added a Close (X) icon button to the Available Columns popup, allowing users to easily close the popup window.



15. Reports Customization: Vendor’s Settlement Balance Types
New balance type options added under Vendor’s Settlement in the Reports Customization page.The following types are now available for selection:

• Maintenance
• Safety
• Money Code

Users can select these new types when customizing their reports, providing more detailed and tailored reporting options.



16. Money Code Enhancements
Added a “Reason” column to the Money Code table.



Added a "Add Reason" in the dropdown of bulk-actions in the Money Code to allow update reason when creating or editing a Money Code.
