Method 1: Chat via Activity Box

1. The dispatcher can send messages to the driver using the Chat feature in the Activity Box. 
   
   
    

2. When the dispatcher sends a message, the driver receives it in the Chat section of the DT Driver app.
   
   
    

3. However, to view and reply to the message, the driver needs to open the assigned load first. By clicking on the load it will direct to the chat.
   
   

Note: Drivers cannot reply from the general chat list and must open the load to chat. This system ensures clear communication related to each load.
