The Dispatch Board in the Planning Board helps dispatchers efficiently track driver performance and load activity. It provides key insights such as gross earnings, RPM, total loads, and total miles for a selected time period.

Below are the main features available in this section:

1. Customizable View

You can personalize the Dispatch Board according to your preference.

• Rearrange the columns as needed

• Click Save to store your custom layout

• You can also name your view for easy identification

2. View Types

The Dispatch Board offers two different viewing modes:

• Dispatcher View:  Shows drivers grouped under each dispatcher. 
  
  
   

• General View:  A standard view accessible to all users
  
  

To switch between views click "Group by dispatcher".

3. Date Filtering

You can filter loads based on a specific time period.

• Use the date selector

• The board will update to show loads created within the selected range

4. Dispatcher & Driver Details

Each dispatcher name includes a dropdown.

• Click the dropdown icon to expand details
• View assigned drivers
• See driver basic information
• Check assigned truck and current status

5. Status Summary

At the bottom of the board, you can find a summary of driver statuses.

• Displays number of drivers per status
• Click on a status to filter and view related loads
