Datatruck provides a visual overview of driver coverage using a chart that displays the percentage of drivers in different statuses. This helps dispatchers quickly understand driver availability and planning efficiency.

The chart uses unique colors to represent different driver statuses for better clarity and visualization.

Driver Status Categories

The summary view includes the following statuses:

• Covered: Drivers who are assigned and scheduled

• None: Drivers with no current assignment

• Ready:Available drivers ready for dispatch

How the Status Chart Works

The coverage chart is based on driver statuses set in the Planning Calendar.

It automatically calculates and displays the percentage of drivers in each status category, giving a quick overview of workforce distribution.

Important Setup Requirement

To ensure the chart displays driver statuses correctly, you must configure status settings properly.

Follow these steps:

• Go to Settings

• Open Dynamic Statuses

• Select and assign the appropriate status types

If statuses are not configured correctly, the coverage chart may not reflect accurate driver distribution.
