If you don’t have a Rate Confirmation (RC) and need to create a load, you can easily do so using the manual entry option.

Steps to Create a Load Manually

1. Select Manual Entry
   • At the top of the screen, choose Manual Entry as the load creation method.
     
     
      
2. Enter Load Details
   • Fill in the required information such as:
     • Pickup and delivery locations
     • Dates and times
     • Rate and equipment type
     • Any additional notes
       
       
        
3. Optional: Add Rate Confirmation (RC)
   • Adding an RC is not mandatory.
   • If you have one, you can still upload it for reference.
      
4. Create the Load

Once all details are entered, click Create Load to complete the process.
