Follow the steps below to enable Load Sub-Status and Auditors Visibility in the system:

  1. Go to Settings from the left-side menu.

  2. Click on Default configurations.

  3. Select the Load management tab.

  4. Locate Load Sub-Status and Auditors visibility and toggle the switch ON.

  5. Click Save Changes in the top-right corner to apply the update.

Once enabled, load sub-statuses and auditor details will be visible according to the configured settings.

Purpose

The Load Sub-Status helps indicate the next stage of a load after it has been completed. Once a load is marked as Delivered, the system displays sub-status options to show whether the load is ready to move forward in the invoicing process.

What It Does

When this feature is enabled and a load is marked as Delivered, a Sub Status dropdown becomes available on the load details page. This allows users to:

  • Mark the load as Ready to invoice

  • Place the load On hold if further action or review is required

This provides clear visibility into the load’s post-delivery state and helps accounting and operations teams track which loads are ready for invoicing.

Important Notes

1. If a load is set to On hold, it cannot be moved to Invoice status. Attempting to invoice a load on hold will trigger an error message.

2. Once the sub-status is set to Ready to invoice, the load can proceed to Invoice status and will be marked as Ready to invoice in the system.
