The new load creation flow includes a smart AI Prompt feature designed to make load entry easier, especially when you don’t have a Rate Confirmation (RC) document handy. This is particularly helpful for Amazon loads or any other load where you only have raw data.

What Is the AI Prompt?

The AI Prompt is an intelligent tool that allows you to copy and paste load details directly into a text box, then automatically extract and fill the load form for you. No manual typing required!

Step-by-Step Guide to Using the AI Prompt

1. Start Creating a New Load

• Go to Load Management > All Loads

• Click Create Load to open the new load creation screen.

2. Open the AI Prompt Panel

• At the top-right, next to Upload Rate Confirmation, click on AI Prompt

This opens a text box where you can input data.

3. Paste Your Load Details

• Copy the relevant load information (addresses, dates, times, pay, equipment, etc.) from your source

• Paste it directly into the AI Prompt input box

4. Click Extract and Fill Form

• Hit the Extract and Fill Form button below the text box.
  
  
   
• The AI will analyze the text and automatically fill all relevant fields on the left-hand side form
  
  

5. Review and Adjust

• Double-check the extracted data
• Edit or add any missing information manually if needed

6. Create Your Load

Once everything looks accurate, click Create Load to finish.
