The newly redesigned Load Creation flow makes it faster and smarter to create loads, especially with TruckGPT, which can automatically extract details from your Rate Confirmation (RC).

Step-by-Step: Create a Load Using TruckGPT

1. Go to Load Management

• Navigate to Load Management

• Click on All Loads

• Hit Create Load

You’ll now see the new load creation screen.

2. Open TruckGPT

• At the top-right, click TruckGPT

This activates the AI-powered workflow.

3. Upload Rate Confirmation (RC)

• In the Rate Confirmation panel (right side):

  • Drag & drop your RC file

  • OR click Upload Rate Confirmation

Supported formats typically include PDF files.

4. Let TruckGPT Do the Work

Once uploaded:

• TruckGPT automatically reads and extracts key details:

  • Load ID

  • Customer

  • Pickup & delivery stops

  • Addresses

  • Dates & times

  • Load pay

  • Equipment type

These details will instantly appear on the left-hand side form.

5. Review & Edit (If Needed)

Even though TruckGPT is accurate, always:

• Double-check extracted fields

• Adjust anything if necessary (e.g., times, notes, tags)

6. Create the Load

Once everything looks good, click Create Load (bottom-right)



Your load is now created, no manual entry required.

 

Note: You can create multiple loads one by one by clicking the + sign, without needing to go back to the main page and select Create New Load each time.
