If you need to update or correct a Load ID in Datatruck, you can do so as long as the load has not yet been marked as Paid. Follow the steps below:

Steps to Edit a Load ID

1. Go to the Load

   • Navigate to the load you want to update.

2. Click on Edit Load

   • This will open the load details in edit mode.
     
     
      

3. Scroll Down to the Load Info Section

   • Here, you will find the Load ID field.

4. Update the Load ID

   • Enter the new Load ID as needed.
     
     
      

5. Save the Load

   • Click Save Load to apply the changes.
     
     
      

Important Note

• The Load ID can only be edited until the load reaches the Invoiced status.

• If the load is already included in an Invoice Batch or Salary Batch, you will need to:

Unpost the batch and Undo the load status. After this, you will be able to edit the Load ID again.
