Datatruck allows you to control whether drivers can view the rate confirmation details on their mobile app. To manage this visibility, two settings must be updated. Both settings must be turned on or off together for the rate confirmation to fully show or hide on the driver’s side.

1. Show/Hide Driver Gross on Mobile 

This setting controls whether the driver can see the gross amount associated with the load.

Steps:

1. Open the Load.

2. Go to the Trip tab.

3. Find the toggle labeled Show Driver Gross on Mobile.

4. Turn it ON to show the rate confirmation, or OFF to hide it.

2. Rate Confirmation Visibility 

This setting determines whether rate confirmation details are visible to the driver overall.

Steps:

1. Open the Driver’s Profile.

2. Go to the Others tab.

3. Find the checkbox Rate Confirmation Visible to Driver.

4. Check it to show rate confirmation, or uncheck it to hide it.

Important Note

To successfully hide or show the rate confirmation on the driver’s mobile app, both settings must match:

• If one is ON and the other is OFF, the rate confirmation may not behave as expected.
